Our Event Policies

If your event or retreat will have 16 guests or less, and won't require any extra cleanup, you can simple make a standard reservation on our standard booking page.

For events and gathers with less than 16 people, the price is simply what you see on our standard booking page. For gatherings of 17 to 30 people, we charge $2000 extra per stay. Events with 31-50 guests are $3000. These fees are in addition to the nightly rate of your reservation and go towards the extra effort we put in to prepare and clean the dome for your large group. To ensure everyone enjoys their time, we kindly ask that all visitors depart by 11 PM.

Parking at the dome is hassle-free and convenient, ensuring a stress-free start to your getaway. With ample free parking available on the premises, you can easily unload your belongings and begin your adventure without any worries. Whether you're arriving in a car or an electric vehicle, rest assured that there's plenty of space for everyone. Say goodbye to parking woes and hello to smooth sailing from the moment you arrive at the dome. Max number of cars allowed is 16.
